All our products are handcrafted, made with love and with great attention to the finest details. Therefore, no product is ever identical to another - every single product, here at Amy & Luis, is uniquely made for our furry customers and fwends.

We offer a 2-year warranty on all our products. Should a product be faulty or does not meet your expectations, please get in touch straight away on hello@amyandluis.com. We always try our best to repair your product straight away, under the permit that all listed criteria below are met. Our designs and materials are long-lasting and durable, even on a daily usage. Should a faulty product be send out by mistake, please do get in touch immediately via e-mail, send us your product(s) and we will simply exchange or repair the faulty good. Please be aware that we do not cover any shipping costs for refunds or warranty arrangements. Excluded from warranty are the incorrect use of products and labelled materials with careful handling instructions, that are not being considered after purchase. COUPONS & DISCOUNTS
Every now and again, we offer our customers coupons and discounts of up to 25% off on selected products, throughout specific time periods. A coupons expiry can be checked when inserted at checkout. If, the coupon is no longer valid, it will not be accepted at checkout. Coupons and discounts are available though our newsletters, friend recommendations and influencer marketing. Discount codes on our websites are only valid, when a code is clearly visible on the site and accepted when correctly inserted at checkout during the period the discount offer is publicised.
